Instructions :
1.Download SD data extract it to the SD card root
2.Download TB backup data, extract and copy the 3 files from the folder to the Titanium Backup folder in the SD cards root
3.Install the APK of your screen size but do not run the game
4.Go into Titanium Backup and choose the backup/restore option ( situated at top row of the screen in between “overview” and “schedules”)
5.Scroll downwards and find file “SF IV HD 1.00.00″
6.touch the “SF IV HD 1.00.00″ once and choose option restore
7.then choose option data only
8.In the notification area at the top of the screen it will tell you if the restore was successful
9.If so exit Titanium Backup and run the application as normal
This should then allow the game to run normal

Not sure if anyone has got Streetfighter IV working properly. I downloaded all the files above installed the APK, copied the backups to titanium backup folder and restored Data only. My data files (extracted) were copied to sdcard/SF_IV_DATA. Ran the game and its trying to download data again.
My phone is Htc Desire
